Spring may have sprung but some days still call for comfort food. Here’s a twist on a classic recipe we tried & LOVED!! Enjoy



1 1/2 lbs. ground beef or turkey
2 c. frozen mixed vegetables (used one can green beans)
1 can cream of celery soup
1 pkg. onion soup mix
5 oz. can milk
1 can cream of Cheddar soup
Tater tots

DIRECTIONS: Use a 9 x 13 inch pan. Brown meat and add onion soup mix. Layer in the pan the items with the meat on the bottom. Spread vegetables next. Then add celery soup diluted with half of milk. Then add cheese soup diluted with other half of milk. Cover top with tater tots. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour or until browned and bubbly.
